If You wish to return any Goods to safeholiday.co.uk or make an exchange of the Goods You may do so without affecting Your statutory rights in the following manner:
(a) For Goods in respect of which You establish there is a fault within thirty (30) days after delivery. Subject to confirmation of the fault, we will repair or replace the Goods or refund the price of the Goods at Your option. If You request a refund, we will also refund the delivery charge.
(b) for any reason (other than a fault) You may do so within fourteen (14) days of the date of dispatch. We will refund the price of the Goods, providing they are in a saleable condition are in their original, undamaged packaging. The delivery charge is non-refundable and unless otherwise agreed between us, You must pay for the costs of return of the Goods to us.
(c) Under any circumstance, the cost of returning Goods which are not faulty will be borne by You.
